Our teachers have often been invited to conduct courses or workshops for fellow teachers as well as giving talks at seminars or conferences in local and overseas institutes. These include Association for Early Childhood Education, Singapore (AECES), SEED Institute, KLC School of Education, Ministry of Education, and PCF of Boon Lay and Tampines as well as Xingzhi Kindergarten (Nanjing). Topics include Project Approach, Physical Education, Classroom Management, Children Literature, Creativity and Child Development, just to name a few. These sharing not only help fellow teachers to improve on their abilities but also help our teachers to accumulate their intellectual properties and make good use of their experiences.
We also work with AECES to enhance teachers’ abilities and perspectives in their professional field. These were done through organizing several talks and workshops conducted by distinguished speakers from overseas. They were Prof Stan Chu (New Yoke), Prof Chang Shih Tsung and Prof Peggy Lin Pei-Jung (Taiwan), Prof Pasi Sahlberg (Finland) and Prof Zhu Jia Xiong (China).
