方案和主题教学

我们相信只要是孩子感兴趣的,没有他们不想学习的,何况爱学习是孩子的天性。自2000年以来,我们大班的5岁和6岁孩子以做方案来学习。在选择了学习的题目后,孩子在整个学习过程中,学会自发的学习、参与、探索、整理、分析和解决问题等能力。这种学习方式让老师可以给孩子搭鹰架提升学习,还可以锻炼孩子应用所习得的社会技能和知识,把他们的潜能发挥至尽。

小班3岁和4岁的孩子则是做主题。每一个主题可持续10周或以上,依主题的推展和老师的评估而有所不同。主题往往与孩子的生活密切挂钩,这种学习过程,有助加强孩子对主题知识的了解和组织知识的能力。

孩子探索过的方案和主题包括图书馆,陀螺、偶、帮助非洲儿童、旧衣服新生命、米、足球、食堂、弹珠、卡片、游戏、果冻、水、纸、蛋、水果等,在此仅举数例。
